All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are final at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be clearly indicated during checkout.

3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Placing an Order
All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Our system tracks inventory in real time, so if a product is available for purchase, it is available for immediate fulfillment.
3.2 Order Confirmation
Once you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This email confirms that your order has been received, payment has been processed, and your item(s) are being prepared for delivery. Once you receive this confirmation, your order is final and confirmed — no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this point.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our payment service providers. AuraWears does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

3.5 Order Cancellation & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once a confirmation email has been sent. Since all items are confirmed in stock before purchase and your order is processed immediately, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks after confirmation. Please ensure all details — including size, color, and delivery address — are correct before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Service Area
AuraWears currently delivers within Lagos, Nigeria only. We do not ship to locations outside Lagos at this time. If you are outside our service area, please check back — we plan to expand delivery coverage in the future.
4.2 Delivery Timeframe
We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed and confirmed before 4:00 PM (WAT). Orders confirmed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
4.3 Delivery Methods
Depending on your delivery location, your order will be fulfilled through one of the following methods:
- AuraWears Direct Delivery: For select locations within our Priority Delivery Zones, orders are delivered directly by our verified delivery agents. These zones enjoy faster, hands-on delivery handled entirely by our team — no third-party couriers involved. Delivery is confirmed once our agent has handed the item to you in person.
- Standard Courier Delivery: For all other locations within Lagos, orders are dispatched through our trusted logistics partners. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.
4.4 Priority Delivery Zones
Priority Delivery Zones are specific locations where AuraWears operates a dedicated, agent-based delivery service. Orders to these zones do not use third-party couriers and are not assigned tracking numbers — instead, our delivery agent will coordinate directly with you and confirm delivery in person.
The current list of Priority Delivery Zones is maintained on our website and may be updated from time to time. If your location falls within a Priority Delivery Zone, this will be indicated during checkout.
4.5 Order Fulfillment
For Standard Courier Delivery, once an order has been handed over to the logistics partner, AuraWears is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
For AuraWears Direct Delivery, an order is considered fulfilled once it has been delivered to you and confirmed by our delivery agent. Please ensure you are available to receive your order at the provided address.
4.6 Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. AuraWears is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Return & Refund Policy
⚠ IMPORTANT: AuraWears operates a strict NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS policy. All sales are final once your order confirmation email has been sent.
5.1 No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
Once your order is confirmed (i.e., you have received an order confirmation email), no cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted — regardless of whether the order has been delivered yet. All items are verified in stock and reserved for you at the moment of purchase, and your order is processed immediately.
5.2 Confirm Before You Buy
Because all sales are final from the moment of confirmation, we strongly encourage all customers to:
- Carefully review the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.
- Confirm the color of the item as displayed and described in the product listing.
